Work environments designed for all
We bring together experts across real estate, workplace, technology, design, and inclusion and diversity to create spaces that support differences in mobility, hearing, vision, and neurodiversity. Our global design standards include features like:
- Automated doors, ramps, braille signage, and acoustic treatments
- Sit/stand desks and ergonomic furnishings
- Intentional, inclusive spaces such as:
- Quiet spaces for low-stimulation focus
- Wellness and lactation rooms for rest and care
- All-inclusive restrooms for dignity and privacy
- Interfaith rooms for reflection
Employees can search and reserve these spaces using workplace systems integrated with accessibility data—supporting transparency, ease of access, and informed choices.
An inclusive approach
Accessibility at Accenture is led by our Disability and Neurodiversity Inclusion Leadership Council, which defines priorities, measures progress, offers support across the different areas of our company, and provides budget oversight. Our intention is to foster a culture and a workplace in which all of our people feel a sense of belonging and are respected and empowered to do their best work and to create 360° value for all our stakeholders. Learn more about how we support our culture of belonging.
We include persons with disabilities and neurodivergent individuals in decision making. And we engage with critical stakeholders and perform impact analysis.
A 2021 global assessment provided a foundational view of accessibility across our offices—and laid the groundwork for progress. Since then, we’ve continued to scale improvements using real-time data and global insights. Periodically, we also survey the needs of employees and are passionate about enabling everyone to bring their best selves to work.
Additionally, our Global Accessibility Practice supports our clients in their accessibility journeys. We offer a broad portfolio of services to help our clients operate and optimize user experiences.
