Angela Beatty is Accenture’s chief leadership and human resources officer, responsible for unlocking the potential of Accenture’s 750,000+ people around the world.
Because driving growth during times of constant change requires both the best technology and the best people, Angela’s passion is helping people flourish, achieve their aspirations, and create positive change for Accenture’s clients and communities. Angela is a member of Accenture’s Global Management Committee and most recently served as global lead for talent, rewards and employee experience. She and her team created end-to-end experiences at a global scale by innovating how Accenture accesses talent, creates talent, and unlocks potential.
Prior to joining Accenture in 2015, Angela was a practice leader at Towers Watson where she worked for 15 years and advised CHROs and CFOs on HR transformation, engagement, and total rewards. She speaks frequently on these topics as well as generative AI and work, pay equity, people metrics as part of executive incentives, and performance innovations.
Angela is a member of the Women’s Leadership Board of the Women and Public Policy program at Harvard’s Kennedy School, HR50, the Human Resources Policy Association and the Center for Executive Succession.
Angela holds a doctorate from Georgetown University, with an interdisciplinary concentration in organizational psychology, behavioral economics, and cognitive neuroscience along with degrees in psychology and communications.
