Francesco Venturini

Global Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) Industry Practices Chair

Francesco Venturini serves as the Global Industry Practice Chair for Accenture's Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) group, and is a member of Accenture's Global Management Committee (GMC). Reporting directly to CEO Julie Sweet, he also leads the Communications & Media Global Industry group within CMT, bringing over 20 years of experience in the telecom, media, and entertainment sectors.

He specializes in shaping and originating large, complex transformational projects for companies in this industry group. Francesco's expertise lies in helping clients adopt a cloud-first approach, which includes strategy, migration, modernization, and ecosystem management. He has successfully helped industry leaders adopt experience-led, open platform models powered by AI, automation, and cloud/network technologies, enabling the delivery of next-generation digital services and immersive customer experiences.

Francesco's approach to business and life is driven by innovation and measurable outcomes, emphasizing the importance of being fearless, finding game-changing moves, catalyzing action, and delivering value. Based in Milan, Francesco holds a Master's in Business Administration and Finance from Università Bocconi.
